This autumn two of our steers go to slaughter. They come from the best beef breeds — Hereford, Angus and Wagyu — and have grazed freely all summer, on Natura 2000 land and along the shoreline of Sörfjärden. Choose cuts or a mixed box and pre-order your share.

We tell you the pickup day once the meat is cut, vacuum-packed and frozen.

Our cattle come from the best beef breeds — Hereford, Angus and Wagyu. They live long lives out on pasture, and we let them reach roughly twice the age of animals in industrial meat production.
It shows in the meat: a far greater amount of fat, a natural marbling that gives a flavour and juiciness only time can build.
The grazing is also a gift to the land. Our grazing animals create biodiversity and keep the land open — almost 80% of Sweden's meadows and pastures have disappeared over the past 100 years, and we are doing our part to make sure they don't disappear here.
